📦 When Will My Order Be Shipped?
We dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
🚚 How Long Does Delivery Take?
Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method:
- Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days
- International Shipping: Not available at this time

🏪 Can I Pick Up My Order in Person?
We do not offer Click & Collect at this time.
All orders are either shipped or delivered locally within our service suburbs.
🔍 How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.
You can also log in to your Misc. Etc. account to view your order status.
🌍 Do You Ship Internationally?
We currently only ship within Australia.
International shipping is not available at this time — but stay tuned!

🕒 What Happens If I Miss My Delivery?
All deliveries require a signature on delivery.
If you're not home, the courier will leave a card with redelivery or pickup instructions.
For security reasons, we do not allow unattended deliveries.
↩️ What Is Your Returns Policy?
We accept returns within 31 days of delivery for items that are:
- In original and unused condition
- Returned with original packaging
💔 What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
We carefully package every order.
If your item is damaged during delivery, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund based on the issue.

🗓️ What Does the “Best Before” Date Mean?
As per NSW Food Authority guidelines:
“Best before” dates indicate food quality, not safety.
Products may still be legally sold after this date if they’re not spoiled or damaged and remain in good condition when stored properly.
