🚚 Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

We offer both Standard and Express delivery options Australia-wide. Orders are typically dispatched next business day, and we use trusted courier services like Australia Post for nationwide delivery across Australia to get your items to you efficiently and securely.

📦 Standard Shipping Rates

NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA:

  • Orders under $200: $10
  • Orders over $200: Free

WA, NT, TAS:

  • Orders under $200: $15
  • Orders over $200: Free

⚡ Express Shipping Rates

  • NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA – $20
  • WA, NT, TAS – $25

Express delivery speeds up Australia Post's handling, but not our internal dispatch time. We aim to ship all orders same or next business day.

⚠️ Large & Heavy items are excluded from free shipping. These are clearly noted on the product pages and will incur additional shipping charges at checkout.

📬 Free Local Delivery (LIMITED TIME ONLY)

We offer free local delivery for customers located in:

  • Zetland
  • Waterloo
  • Alexandria
  • Green Square
  • Rosebery
  • Eastlakes

Orders to these areas are hand-delivered with care and typically arrive within 1 - 2 business days. Customers in the free delivery suburbs listed above will see a shipping charge at checkout, but don’t worry — we’ll refund it once your order is confirmed.

 

🌍 International Shipping (Outside Australia)

Unfortunately this is not supported at this time.

📦 Delivery Time Estimates

  • Standard Post:
    • Metro areas: Up to 5 business days
    • Regional and remote areas (including WA and NT): Please allow an additional 1–3 business days
  • Express Post:
    • Metro areas: 1–3 business days
    • Regional and remote areas: 3–7 business days

All parcels require a signature on delivery. Carriers will not leave parcels unattended for security reasons.
